We’re looking for an on-site Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and turning conversations into funded loans. If you’re already an inside AE with broker relationships—or a strong call-center sales professional ready to step into wholesale lending—we’ll give you the training, tools, and support to win.
What You’ll Do
- Make 50–70 outbound calls per day to prospective mortgage brokers and bankers
- Recruit, onboard, and gain approval for new broker partners
- Build and manage relationships with Mortgage Loan Originators
- Own the full sales cycle—from first call to loan funding
- Provide pipeline reports, forecasts, and production updates to leadership
- Set, track, and consistently hit realistic sales goals
- Establish long-term partnerships that drive repeat business
- Use sound judgment and discretion in a fast-paced sales environment

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- 2–3 years of successful sales experience
- Mortgage industry experience a plus (Non-QM production strongly preferred if applicable)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and relationship-focused
- Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations is a plus—but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $37,050 + volume-based commission
