Front Desk Associate – Boutique Fitness Studio

We’re hiring! A high-energy, community-driven boutique fitness studio is looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment and love connecting with people, we want to meet you!

About the Role:

As a Front Desk Associate, you'll be the first face members see when they walk in. You’ll help keep the studio running smoothly and ensure everyone feels welcomed, informed, and taken care of. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys fitness, values community, and has strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Greet all guests with a warm and professional welcome
• Check clients into class using our booking system (MarianaTek)
• Assist clients with class packs, memberships, and general inquiries
• Respond to emails and client questions in a timely and courteous manner
• Handle sensitive client issues with empathy and professionalism
• Maintain cleanliness of all studio spaces (lobby, restrooms, classrooms, etc.)
• Restock retail items and keep the front desk tidy
• Collaborate with the team to support studio operations and goals
• Follow studio procedures for reporting issues or concerns
• Pitch in with additional studio needs as requested

Schedule:
