Special Assistant to the CEO

Special Assistant to the CEO

The Opportunity

Are you a hungry, ambitious self-starter looking for a front-row seat to building a business in the US?

We are looking for a Special Assistant to the CEO who is not defined by years of experience, but by hustle, curiosity, and speed. You will work directly alongside the CEO as a force multiplier, handling everything from market research and business development to operational logistics.

This is not a 9-to-5 administrative role. This is a rare opportunity to receive a "real-world MBA," gain exposure to high-level decision-making, and fast-track your career.

What You'll Do

1. The Explorer & Hunter

  • Market Scouting: Rapidly research new industries, competitors, and trends in the US. You will tell the CEO what’s happening before others know.
  • Network Building: Be fearless in cold outreach. Find and connect with potential partners, vendors, and experts. You act as the initial bridge for the CEO.
  • Resource Navigation: Help the CEO navigate the US business landscape, finding the best resources (legal, financial, operational) to support our growth.

2. The Right Hand

  • Shadow & Support: Accompany the CEO on business trips and meetings. Take notes, capture action items, and ensure follow-through.
  • Project Execution: Take vague ideas from the CEO and turn them into concrete plans and results.
  • Operational Agility: Manage scheduling and logistics not just as tasks, but to maximize the CEO’s time and efficiency.

Who You Are

  • High Energy & Hustle: You are willing to roll up your sleeves. No task is too big or too small. You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curious & Street Smart: You figure things out. If you don't know the answer, you know how to Google it, call someone, or dig until you find it.
  • Tech Savvy: You are a digital native. You use AI tools, social media, and modern software to work faster and smarter.
  • Bilingual: Intersted in Mandarin is a plus. You need to translate not just language, but cultural nuances.
