Role Overview

We are seeking a Partnership & Sales Representative who can identify, engage, and build relationships with businesses that would benefit from Sparknify’s PR, media, and event services.

 

This is not a traditional cold-call sales role. You’ll be selling relationships, visibility, storytelling, and access—helping companies understand how Sparknify can support their brand, growth, and U.S. market presence through customized PR, events, and media exposure.​

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential partners, sponsors, and clients
  • Present Sparknify’s PR, media, and event offerings to businesses
  • Build long-term relationships with founders, executives, and marketing teams
  • Customize partnership proposals based on each client’s goals (PR, events, U.S. market entry, brand visibility)
  • Represent Sparknify at tech events, networking sessions, and meetings
  • Participate in live studio shows as part of partnership promotion
  • Collaborate with internal media and production teams to align client needs with deliverables

 

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong communicator with confidence in business conversations
  • Comfortable pitching ideas and value propositions
  • Interested in technology, startups, media, and branding
  • Understands or is eager to learn the Silicon Valley ecosystem
  • Relationship-driven mindset (not transactional sales)
  • Professional presence on camera and in live settings
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented

Sales, business development, PR, marketing, or startup experience is a plus, but not required.

Requirements

Based in or frequently available in the San Francisco Bay Area

Comfortable representing the company publicly
