We’re looking for an Influencer & Creator Partnerships Specialist who knows how to spot talent early, build real relationships, and turn creators into long term partners. This role is equal parts research, outreach, negotiation, and execution. You’ll be identifying creators with real content power and commercial potential, then activating them through seeding, partnerships, and performance driven campaigns across platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Creator Discovery & Relationship Building
- Research and identify content creators, influencers, and streamers who align with our brands and can drive authentic engagement and product adoption.
- Build and maintain a strong creator pipeline across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and emerging platforms.
- Own outreach from first contact through onboarding, negotiations, and long term relationship management.
- Act as a main point of contact for creators, ensuring they feel supported, respected, and excited to work with us.

2. Outreach, Negotiation & Partnerships
- Lead outreach campaigns and personalized pitches to creators.
- Negotiate collaboration terms across seeding, affiliate, and paid partnerships.
- Manage creator onboarding, expectations, and deliverables across campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships with high performing creators over time.

3. Product Seeding & Creator Activations
- Plan and execute product seeding campaigns that feel intentional and creator first.
- Coordinate shipments, track deliveries, and manage logistics.
- Monitor organic content, mentions, and creator feedback generated through seeding efforts.
- Identify creators who show strong natural product fit and momentum.

4. Campaign Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with internal brand, creative, and performance teams to align creators with launches, promotions, and ongoing initiatives.
- Support execution of creator led campaigns including UGC pushes, TikTok Lives, and social activations.
- Help translate creator content into learnings that inform future campaigns.

5. Performance Tracking & Insights
- Track creator performance across engagement, content quality, and commercial impact.
- Identify patterns around what types of creators, content, and partnerships are driving results.
- Surface insights to help the team scale what works and improve what doesn’t.
- Stay current on platform shifts, creator economy trends, and content formats gaining traction.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate programs, regardless of years on paper.
- Comfort working across seeding, gifting, affiliate style partnerships, and performance driven collaborations.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Airtable, or creator management systems.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
- Genuine interest in creators, content, and social first brands.
