Role Description
Ayumi is growing her business and seeking a Digital Presence Assistant to support the Marketing team on various projects and initiatives. This role helps build and maintain a strong digital presence to grow brand recognition, showcase expertise, and attract new business through consistent, value-driven online content.
As real estate moves quickly, the role requires flexibility, including occasional uncommon hours (weekends) when needed—though we value work–life balance and will collaborate around personal schedules whenever possible.
We prioritize good character, initiative, and coachability. The position begins with a paid trial period to understand the candidate’s strengths and tailor responsibilities based on abilities, business needs, and growth goals. We will train as needed, and value relevant experience. Candidates are encouraged to apply with their portfolio and any transferable skills they’d like to highlight.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate is creative, organized, dependable, and a strong communicator.
- Must be familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & TikTok. Familiarity with Little Red Book (Xiaohongshu), e-mail tools, and blogging platforms are a plus.
- Tech-savvy, with comfort using AI tools as a must to support content creation, efficiency, and workflow.
- Proficient with Canva.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stay on top of deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the real estate industry or a similar environment is an advantage.
- Chinese bilingual (written) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update Ayumi’s digital platforms, including: YouTube, Instagram (Reels, Posts, Stories), Facebook, TikTok, Google My Business, LinkedIn.
- Keep all platforms current and consistent, while also creating new, trendy, and engaging content that keeps Ayumi’s digital presence at the forefront.
- Manage a content calendar and create a variety of content, including lifestyle moments, behind-the-scenes footage, community engagement, and real estate-focused informational insights.
- Support SEO efforts across websites and digital platforms to improve discoverability and online visibility.
- Help refine and maintain a cohesive brand identity, ensuring consistency in fonts, colors, tone, and visual storytelling.
- Develop and manage a content calendar, proactively scheduling content creation time into Ayumi’s workflow.
Support day-to-day operations, including, but not limited to:
- Printing and prepping marketing materials
- Delivering content and collateral as needed
- Coordinating email communications
- Maintaining an organized digital and physical workspace
