Join the Global B2B Marketing Operations team at Mastercard. The team plays a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation by delivering data-driven insights and impactful marketing strategies tailored to our clients. We also work cross-functionally to equip internal stakeholders with tools and intelligence that enable informed decisions and deliver value to our partners.
As a Marketing Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in marketing analytics and data visualization while supporting operational initiatives that enhance B2B marketing performance. This role offers exposure to industry-leading tools and best practices in marketing measurement and stakeholder engagement. You will assist with dashboard maintenance using Tableau and other analytics tools, while extracting and analyzing data to create reports for stakeholders. The intern will also track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and assist with operational tasks and provide ad-hoc support.

Program Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or accelerated graduate program graduating Dec 2026 and beyond
• Ability to partner across the organization
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PPT)
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation: $25-$32/hr

Pay Ranges
Boston, Massachusetts: $48,000 - $67,000 USD
