Special Needs Swim Instructor

Aqua-Tots Swim School is seeking a part-time, compassionate, and patient swim instructor to teach our SNAP (Special Needs Aquatics Program) swim lessons.
This role is perfect for paraprofessionals, special education teachers, speech-language pathologists, occupational or behavioral therapists, or anyone with experience supporting children with special needs who are looking for a part-time (5-10 hours a week) opportunity to use their existing skills in a new and fun way.
No prior swimming experience is required. We will provide comprehensive training in our curriculum and equip you with the tools to adapt it to your existing strengths and expertise with special needs children.
Plus, with a starting pay of $24+/Hour, you can earn a competitive wage while doing what you love.
As a Special Needs Swim Instructor, you will:
- Work exclusively with children in our SNAP program.
- Teach water safety and swimming skills in a supportive, friendly environment.
- Adapt lessons to meet the needs of each child.
- Celebrate progress with families and help children build confidence in and around water.

- Experience working with children with special needs(school, therapy, or support setting)
