Position Summary

We’re seeking a Front-End Developer Intern to support the development of user-facing web and mobile applications across a range of initiatives within our portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work on live products that span healthcare, media, and business services. You’ll help create clean, responsive, and intuitive interfaces that improve user experiences and drive engagement. Interns may also have the opportunity to contribute to back-end development projects as part of their growth and exposure to the full stack.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain front-end components using tools like React.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
     
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to turn wireframes and prototypes into fully functional web experiences.
     
  • Build mobile-friendly, accessible interfaces for users across multiple device types.
     
  • Integrate APIs and implement dynamic features such as authentication, dashboards, and real-time data displays.
     
  • Participate in agile development workflows including code reviews, testing, and team standups.

Who You Are

  • Undergraduate or graduate student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
     
  • Solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, with project or coursework experience in a modern front-end framework.
     
  • Comfortable working with HTML/CSS and styling systems like Tailwind or Bootstrap.
     
  • Familiar with API integration, responsive design, and client-side state management.
     
  • Strong attention to detail and a desire to build high-quality, maintainable code.
     
  • Experience with design handoff tools (e.g., Figma) and awareness of best practices for accessibility and security.
