Legal Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to join our team and help build the future of mass action litigation. This teammate will work directly with our Legal Operations team to execute and optimize workflows for managing individual consumer lawsuits at scale. Our Legal Operations Specialist will support client communications across multiple channels, assist with case management and data cleanup, coordinate with our Client Service Representative and Data Entry teams, and help manage injury and exposure substantiation processes. They will also create and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs), contribute to quality assurance initiatives, perform administrative legal tasks, and support the implementation of technology solutions across our operations. This role offers an opportunity to gain significant experience in the intersection of legal operations, technology, and client service while contributing to our mission of delivering innovative legal services.

Skills and Abilities

  • Orientation towards creativity, efficiency, and action with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy adaptive learner interested in leveraging technology and automation to improve operational workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage data, track metrics, and maintain quality standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including impeccable grammar for client-facing materials.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams while maintaining independent thinking and ownership of responsibilities.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (recent graduates welcome).
  • Experience in operations, client service, legal assistance, or project management is preferred but not required.
  • SQL skills or familiarity with data management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with business tools such as Microsoft Office suite, project management software, and CRM systems is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment is beneficial.
