Description:

  • We are currently seeking passionate and motivated students or recent grads pursuing certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). This position is ideal for those needing to fulfill practicum or fieldwork requirements while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a home setting
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
  • Collect and record behavioral data
  • Collaborate with families and clinical supervisors
  • Maintain a consistent schedule with clients

 

Qualifications:

  • RBT certification preferred, but not required
  • 6 months to 1 year of ABA experience, preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Must be reliable and punctual
  • Access to reliable transportation within NYC
