Position Overview
The Office Administrator will be responsible for managing office operations, supporting company leadership, and coordinating administrative tasks to maintain an efficient and productive work environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and recordkeeping.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, and visitors.
Maintain and organize company files, both digital and physical.
Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents.
Support HR functions, including onboarding, timesheet tracking, and employee records.
Assist with coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring cost-effective purchasing.
Collaborate with management to improve office procedures and workflows.
Ensure compliance with company policies and assist with documentation for audits.
Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of experience in office administration or a related role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general computer skills.
Ability to type 50-65 words per minute.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.
