DashFox is growing 40% month-over-month with a sales process so effective that prospects often close themselves. We have strong product-market fit, incredible word of mouth, and a referral strategy that delivers a steady stream of qualified prospects. Now we need someone who can take unlimited demos, close 30%+ of them, and help us scale what's already working.

We’re an AI startup that helps real estate agents generate referrals and repeat business from their existing network. Most agents lose touch with hundreds of valuable contacts over time, when it could be driving 80% of their new business. Our users are getting listings within weeks of signing up, achieving 40+% response rates, and actively referring colleagues.

This is a hybrid role: 70% closing warm leads and 30% customer success - perfect for a CS professional ready to add sales to their skillset or a salesperson who loves the relationship side. Also perfect for someone who wants to own the entire revenue function from first touch to expansion.

Your first 90 days

Close 20-30 deals personally while documenting and optimizing what works

Ramp up to 20+ demos per week, maintaining 30%+ close rates

Refine our demo flow, pricing strategy, and objection handling

Help design scalable onboarding that gets customers to first value sooner

Identify the signals that predict expansion and referral opportunities

Your first year

Scale monthly revenue 5-10x through direct sales and process optimization

Help us hire and train 1-2 reps using the battle-tested playbook you've helped build

Turn customer success into a revenue multiplier through expansion and referrals

Maintain demo velocity while building team and processes

Help us (potentially) expand beyond real estate into adjacent verticals

What we're looking for

3-7 years in B2B SaaS sales with track record of exceeding quotas

Experience building sales processes from scratch in early-stage companies

Comfortable conducting 5-10 demos & 2-4 onboarding meetings per day at peak velocity

Customer success mindset - you know the sale is just the beginning

Data-driven but intuitive - you trust your gut and verify with metrics

Comfortable with ambiguity and constant iteration

Native-level English and exceptional communication skills

Located in Americas time zones with US business hours availability

Bonus points if you have

Real estate experience

Proptech or CRM experience

Built successful referral programs

Hired and trained top-performing reps

Experience with product-led growth motions

General interest in AI tools and automation

An ability to understand complex prompt engineering and contribute to system improvements
