Job Overview:

LPL's Early-in-Career program is designed to nurture early career talent through a 10-week paid summer internship and full-time entry-level opportunities, aiming to cultivate the future leaders of the industry. Our University team is committed to attracting skilled individuals who will not only grow personally and professionally, but also contribute to the strategic goals of our company.

What you’ll do:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree in Computer Science, or related field required
  • Experiences such as an internship, hackathon, research project or related experience 
  • Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and task completion, taking ownership of assignments
  • Demonstrated time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
