Fowler Property Management is seeking motivated students to join our team as Property Management Interns. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn the business side of real estate and community management.
- Support daily operations, property inspections, and resident communications
- Gain exposure to budgeting, accounting, and property management software (AppFolio)
- Shadow experienced managers and attend HOA/Board meetings
- Contribute to vendor management and improvement projects

About the Internship
