Piano Instructor

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Piano Instructor (DMA or pursuing DMA) with extensive teaching and performance experience. The ideal candidate is committed to nurturing each student’s potential and creating a positive, engaging learning environment.
 

Responsibilities

- Provide customized piano instruction to students of all ages and skill levels.

- Design lesson plans tailored to individual goals and learning styles.

- Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and examinations.

- Foster a positive and professional environment.

- Maintain accurate student progress and attendance records.

- Collaborate with faculty and school leadership to ensure an outstanding student experience.
 

Qualifications:

- Doctor of Musical Arts (DMA) in Piano Performance, Pedagogy, or related field (required).
- Proven success in piano teaching (individual and group settings).

- Strong communication and student engagement skills.

- Commitment to professional development and current pedagogical trends.

- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
 

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with varied teaching methods and technology.

- Accompaniment or collaborative piano skills.

- Professional-level performance experience.
