Associate Commercial Real Estate Broker

Job Title: Associate Commercial Real Estate Broker – Restaurant Real Estate Focus

Type: Independent Contractor (1099)

Stone Real Estate is seeking a full-time Associate Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our Miami based team, with a primary focus on restaurant tenant representation. This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering the unique opportunity to work on active house accounts—including nationally recognized restaurant brands—while also building your own book of business through our proprietary systems, industry training, and brand support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent national, franchised, and regional restaurant clients in identifying, evaluating, and securing retail locations across the East Coast and Southern United States.

     
  • Work directly with the Restaurant Real Estate Team and our leadership to serve existing house accounts.

     
  • Drive your own prospecting efforts to cultivate new business and build a long-term pipeline of clients.

     
  • Guide clients through every stage of the transaction process—from site selection and market tours to LOIs and lease negotiations.

     
  • Collaborate with local municipalities, property owners, REITs, and planning departments to identify opportunities and expedite deal execution.

     
  • Leverage market intelligence, CRM systems, proprietary CLEAR™ methodology, and industry tools (CoStar, Placer.ai, Salesforce, etc.).

     

Ideal Candidate:

  • Licensed Florida Real Estate Salesperson (or actively working toward licensure).

     
  • Minimum 1–2 years in commercial real estate, brokerage, retail leasing, or a related field preferred. Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.

     
  • Interest in and passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry.

     
  • Self-starter with strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.

     
  • Comfortable building client relationships and presenting to decision-makers.

     
  • Strong local knowledge of Atlanta’s submarkets and retail corridors a plus.
