AI Innovation Intern (Creator-in-Residence)

A hands-on role for curious minds shaping the future of AI with us

🌟 About the Role

We’re looking for sharp, creative, and curious university students to join Interworky, a voice- and text-based AI assistant platform powering websites and small businesses.

This isn’t a typical internship — think of it as your backstage pass to the startup world. You’ll give feedback on how AI tools feel in the real world, test our features, go on on-the-ground visits (if you’re in Austin), and help shape how we talk about AI to real users. You’ll also get sneak peeks into how AI products are built — and maybe even learn a little bit of code with us.

👀 What You’ll Actually Do

  • 🧠 Give feedback on how our AI agent works, sounds, and responds
  • 🎨 Review UX and flows with fresh eyes — help us improve
  • 📣 Help brainstorm social and marketing ideas for Gen Z & students
  • 📍 Join occasional field visits to see how small businesses might use AI
  • 💻 Play with AI tools and test prototypes before anyone else
  • 🧑‍🏫 Learn with us — optional coding lessons, AI demos, or shadowing
  • 🌱 Be part of the culture of an early-stage startup — and shape it

✅ Who You Are

  • A current university student (any major welcome!)
  • Curious about AI and startups
  • Excited to give feedback, learn by doing, and be part of a team
  • Bonus if you’ve played with ChatGPT, Midjourney, or similar toola

💡 What You’ll Get

  • Equity-based experience: join the startup team with real impact
  • 1-on-1 mentorship from a startup founder
  • Early access to AI tools and behind-the-scenes building
  • Resume credit and references for future jobs or internships
  • Real-world experience without being overwhelmed
  • Flexible hours — you can contribute from campus, home, or IRL

🧪 Think of this like:

  • A brain trust for shaping AI + creativity
  • A sandbox to learn about tech and business
  • A starter pack for building your own thing one day

📍 Location

Austin-based students preferred (for optional IRL visits), but remote is okay too
