We’re looking for a detail-driven ERP Support Specialist to help keep our production and vendor coordination running smoothly. In this role, you will support our ERP Operations Coordinator by managing production data, vendor orders, and system performance in CSI – Cloud Suite Industrial. You’ll serve as a key link between departments and external vendors by ensuring accurate data, on-time production, and streamlined workflows. What You’ll Be Working On
- Manage and process outsourcing orders in the CSI – Cloud Suite Industrial ERP system.
- Keep production records accurate and up to date across departments.
- Generate reports on production activity, cost, and timing for review.
- Provide daily ERP system support to users and assist with requested enhancements.
- Create and distribute workflow instructions and training materials for CSI best practices.
- Oversee and maintain the MRR, RMA, and CCR programs within the ERP system.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and purchasing teams to align schedules and priorities.
Key Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Proficient in ERP systems (preferably CSI – Cloud Suite Industrial).
- Excellent communication skills for cross-department coordination and system training.
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry and record-keeping accuracy.
- Familiarity with manufacturing operations and production scheduling is a plus!
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED; associate degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of administrative or ERP-related experience (manufacturing/supply chain operations preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud-based ERP systems is strongly preferred.
