Position: Spanish-Speaking Financial Analyst
Position Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $60,000 – $85,000
Location: Stamford, CT (Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite per week)
Requirements:
- Recent graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience
- 3.5+ GPA from a four-year degree program
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, IF statements)
- Experience with data and reporting is a plus
- Strong communication skills, confidence, and a dynamic personality
- Fluency in Spanish is required
Role Overview:
A rapidly growing financial services firm is seeking an entry-level Financial Analyst to join its Deal Structuring, Management & Execution team, focusing on activities in Latin America, Iberia, and other global markets. This role provides a high level of involvement in the firm’s daily operations and offers exposure to financial transactions, client acquisition, and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial analysis and market research on companies and industries.
- Support business development by preparing research materials.
- Assist in due diligence and data collection for transactions.
- Work on financing transactions, including structuring and documentation.
- Provide support in client relationship management.
- Assist with annual audits by coordinating with clients, investors, and audit firms.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including rating agencies, legal teams, and investors.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience (internships in financial services or consulting are preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to handle financial data.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); SQL is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Spanish fluency is required; additional languages are a plus.
