
Human Resources Intern
The Human Resources Intern will support the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in HR and develop skills necessary for a career in human resources.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire packets, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Assist with employee relations tasks, such as addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining employee records.
- Conduct research on HR-related topics and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, training and development, and compensation and benefits.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and managing HR-related documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
