Overview:

We’re seeking a highly organized and people-focused Human Resources Manager Intern to help build the internal culture and talent pipeline for Trenton Makes and the startups we support. You’ll play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, team development, and shaping the experience of our community and contributors.

What You'll Do

• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new interns and startup team members
• Manage HR documentation, intern records, and communication systems
• Organize team-building initiatives, events, and feedback systems
• Help build our internal policies, internship handbook, and culture deck
• Work cross-functionally with founders and mentors to support personnel needs

Who You Are

Studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Passionate about people, workplace culture, and team dynamics

Able to handle confidential information with discretion

Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
