I wish I could have babysat more than three days a week, but I was content with the days I was able to come in and help the family out.

Advice

Babysitting does not have to be just watching the kids, but it can also include helping the busy family take care of their house by doing simple things like doing their dishes or cleaning.

I love working one on one with a family to care for their loved one with dementia. It gives you the opportunity to really get the know the ones that you serve, and offer the highest quality of care.

I wish that I would have thought of working for a family sooner!
