This is a FUN environment! Each day, you will work at different locations in downtown and surrounding areas, approach amazing people on the street, residential areas,and outside shopping malls, to inspire them to donate monthly to OXFAM. We also have worked festivals and events. You will receive daily support and training from a great team around you, and we look forward to welcoming you into our OXFAMILY! You can be a part of a global movement of change. We work in over 90 countries, and the fundraising work you will be doing will help millions of people around the world who need help right now and for the long term.
What we offer you:
•$21 -$25per hour (guaranteed hourly wage, starting hourly rate based on experience)
•Unlimited additional Bonus Pay/Incentives
•Paid Training(Zoom Orientation Day $15 ph, then $21 ph from your first day in the field)
•Full time (35paid hours a week) & Part time available
•Weekday and Weekend shifts available
•Typical shift time 10am –6pm
•Health/ Dental/ Vision Insurance after 90 days of employment (for those working full time and meet criteria)
•Paid time off/Sick leave
•Ongoing Training -Career development to Managerial positions
•Work with a team who will support and coach you every day in the field -you will NEVER work on your own.
•No Experience Necessary
•Own vehicle preferred, not essential. Must have the ability to travel to each site yourself each day, by transportation of your choosing.
